Instructor and Supervision: Kazumasa Yokoyama
Born in 1958 in Kanagawa Prefecture. Since childhood, he has been familiar with judo, kendo, and karate. During high school, he practiced boxing and wrestling, and later studied Chinese martial arts from a master of the Eight Step Praying Mantis style, Wei Xiaodong, in Taiwan. Seeking his own martial arts path in Okinawa Karate, he immersed himself deeply in the Shuri-te tradition of the Kobayashi Ryu. During his training days in Okinawa, he was invited by Americans and moved to Houston, USA, where he established the Kenshin Kan. Known as a "flash striker" to the point of being called "invisible hands," he has focused on his research and activities after concluding his previous teachings.
