Product Description

Introducing the "body building" and "combat theory" that make up the invisible essence of martial arts.

The previous three Bajiquan series books introduced a wide range of topics from basic routines to practical techniques, but this work, "Wu-shi Kaimen Bajiquan Advanced" (2 volumes in total), focuses on the "body building" and "combat theory" that make up the invisible essence of martial arts.

Vol.1 introduces the "Five Internal Strengthening Techniques," a culmination of Mengcun's secret training methods, and Vol.2 thoroughly explains "Bajji Taida," which condenses the theory of Bajiquan's attack techniques.
In 2004, an advanced video will be released that opens the door to the next stage of Chinese martial arts.
